About the Role

You will be responsible for crafting compelling email content, managing email lists, implementing A/B tests, and analyzing campaign performance to ensure effectiveness. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns using an email marketing platform (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).

• Manage and segment email subscriber lists to deliver targeted and personalized content.
• Implement A/B testing for subject lines, content, and send times to optimize open and click-through rates.
• Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, providing reports on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and unsubscribes.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR).

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in email marketing or a related digital marketing role.
• Proficiency with email marketing software and understanding of its functionalities.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills with an ability to craft persuasive marketing messages.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
• Experience with marketing automation concepts and CRM systems is beneficial.
