Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to drive customer engagement and conversion through strategic email campaigns in Edinburgh . This role focuses on planning, creating, executing, and analyzing email marketing efforts, including newsletters, promotional campaigns, and automated workflows. You will play a key role in nurturing leads, retaining customers, and driving revenue through personalized and effective email communications. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, from concept to deployment and analysis.
Create engaging and persuasive email copy and design, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Segment email lists and personalize content to enhance relevance and drive higher engagement rates.
Set up and manage automated email workflows, such as welcome series, nurture sequences, and re-engagement campaigns.
Monitor email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and provide insights for optimization.
Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in email marketing or a related digital marketing field.
Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
Strong understanding of email segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing techniques.
Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
Familiarity with marketing automation principles and customer journey mapping.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
