Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
• Write engaging email copy and collaborate with designers on visually appealing email templates.
• Segment customer databases for personalized and relevant email communication.
• Monitor email campaign performance, analyze metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions), and optimize accordingly.
• Manage email marketing platform and ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and CTAs to improve engagement.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in email marketing or a related digital marketing role.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact).
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and analytics.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Experience with basic HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
