You will manage the entire email lifecycle, from list segmentation and campaign creation to performance analysis and A/B testing. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute engaging email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.

- Create compelling email copy and select appropriate visuals to maximize open and click-through rates.
- A/B test various elements of email campaigns (subject lines, content, CTAs, send times) to optimize performance.
- Monitor email campaign performance using analytics tools, providing reports and insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR) and maintain data hygiene.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-4 years of experience specifically in email marketing.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, automation, and segmentation strategies.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
