Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.

• Segment email lists and personalize content to improve relevance and engagement rates.
• Manage the email marketing platform, ensuring compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Monitor and analyze key email marketing metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and provide regular reports.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and calls-to-action to optimize campaign performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Campaign Monitor).
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and analytics.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience with segmentation and personalization techniques.
