About the Role
Our client is looking for a skilled and analytical Email Marketing Specialist to join their remote team, driving customer engagement and nurturing leads through strategic email campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of email marketing initiatives, from campaign conception and content creation to segmentation, automation, and performance analysis. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop compelling email journeys that enhance customer relationships and support business growth. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing customers.
- Segment customer databases to deliver targeted and personalized email communications.
- Design and write compelling email copy and calls-to-action that drive conversions.
- Set up and manage automated email workflows and drip campaigns using marketing automation platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions), providing insights for optimization.
- Ensure email campaigns comply with all relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or in a similar email marketing role.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Campaign Monitor) and marketing automation tools.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, A/B testing, and deliverability.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to craft persuasive messaging.
- Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and provide strategic recommendations.
