About the Role
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join their fully remote team. This role is critical for developing, implementing, and optimising email marketing strategies that nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions. You will be responsible for crafting compelling email content, managing email campaigns, and analysing performance data to ensure maximum effectiveness. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
- Write clear, concise, and engaging email copy that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Manage email lists, segment audiences, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and calls-to-action to optimise open rates and conversion rates.
- Analyse campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and provide detailed reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure email content and design are visually appealing and on-brand.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue) and CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and automation.
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and performance analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
