Key Responsibilities

• Design and engineer energy storage systems (ESS), including battery management systems (BMS) and power conversion systems (PCS).

• Analyze system performance data and optimize operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project development and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (4+ years) in the design and implementation of battery energy storage systems .
• Strong understanding of battery technologies, power electronics, and grid integration.
• Proficiency in system modeling and simulation software.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
