Engineering Sales: BDM, Technical Sales and Account Manager

Neo Recruitment is working with a well-established, people-focused specialist supplier of engineered components and technical consumables who are growing their commercial team. Their customers span defence, aerospace, energy, motorsport and advanced manufacturing, and they are known for quality, technical support and doing what they say they will do.

There are three roles, and we would love to hear from you if any of them sounds like you:

Business Development Manager Open doors and win new customers across engineering-led industries. You will find opportunities, build relationships with engineers and buyers, and bring new business into a respected company.

Technical Sales Executive Work closely with customers and the company's technical team to understand what they need and offer the right solution. You will manage enquiries, quotations and orders, and grow the accounts you look after.

Account Manager (field based, UK wide) Look after and grow a portfolio of customers, visiting them, understanding their challenges and being the person they trust. A full UK driving licence is needed for this role.

Who we would like to meet Experience in the defence sector is a real plus, but it is not essential. We are equally interested in people who have sold:

• machined components, fasteners or industrial fastenings

• specialist liquids such as lubricants, sealants and adhesives

• technical consumables or engineered products into industrial markets

If your background is in aerospace, oil and gas, motorsport, automotive, tooling or high-spec manufacturing and you enjoy technical conversations, please get in touch. You do not need to tick every box. What matters is how you build relationships, your curiosity and your sense of ownership.

What is on offer

• A competitive salary and benefits package

• A supportive, people-focused team

• Room to grow towards account management, business development or leadership
