Event Catering Manager

About the Role

Our client requires a dynamic and organized Event Catering Manager to oversee all catering operations for events in the Newcastle upon Tyne area. This role involves liaising with clients to understand their needs, planning event menus, coordinating with the kitchen staff, and ensuring seamless execution on the day. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded, contributing to the success of numerous private and corporate functions. Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to design bespoke menus and event packages tailored to their specific requirements.
• Supervise and direct catering staff during events, ensuring efficient service delivery.

• Conduct site inspections and assessments for potential event venues.
