Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements, preferences, and budgets.
• Develop detailed event plans, including menus, staffing, timelines, and logistical arrangements.
• Manage and schedule catering staff, providing clear direction and support on event days.
• Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring quality, presentation, and adherence to timelines.
• Manage inventory of catering supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and client feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event management or catering coordination.
