Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of various events, including corporate functions, conferences, and social gatherings.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure all event details are confirmed and executed as planned.
- Manage event logistics such as venue setup, catering arrangements, AV requirements, and on-site registration.
- Maintain accurate event documentation, budgets, and timelines for all assigned projects in Edinburgh .
- Provide on-site support during events, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a smooth experience for attendees.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an Events Coordinator role or similar administrative support function.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
