About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated and efficient Executive Administrative Assistant to support key executives in their Birmingham office. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions and requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills. You will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating travel, preparing documents, and acting as a liaison between executives and other departments. The successful candidate will thrive in a professional setting, demonstrating discretion and a commitment to providing high-level support to drive business objectives forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the schedules of assigned executives, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Prepare, review, and edit a variety of documents, such as reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including room bookings, catering, and preparation of materials.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to information.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost care and discretion.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant , preferably supporting senior-level executives.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with the business landscape in Birmingham is a plus.
