Our client is seeking a polished and professional Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership from their Cardiff base. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day schedules of multiple executives, including complex calendar coordination and conflict resolution.
- Prepare and proofread executive-level correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Arrange and coordinate executive travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communication flow.
- Organise and prepare for board meetings, including logistics, materials, and minute-taking.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative role supporting C-suite executives.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities, with a proven track record of multitasking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals.
- Discretion, tact, and a high level of professionalism are paramount for this role.
