Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on all aspects of private family law, including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, and child arrangements.
• Draft applications, orders, and agreements related to family law matters.
• Represent clients in court hearings and mediations.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in family law.
