About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on divorce, separation, child custody, and financial remedy proceedings.
• Draft legal documents such as divorce petitions, financial statements, and child arrangement orders.
• Represent clients in court hearings and mediation sessions.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements between parties.
• Manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring timely progression of matters.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in family law.
• In-depth knowledge of family law legislation and procedure.
• Proven experience in handling divorce, children law, and financial remedy cases.

• Ability to manage sensitive client information and build trust.
• Membership in Resolution is desirable.
