About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Family Support Practitioner to join their team in Bristol , providing crucial support to families facing challenges. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits to assess family needs and provide practical support.
• Develop and implement tailored support plans in collaboration with families.
• Offer guidance and advice on parenting, child development, and household management.
• Facilitate access to other services such as health, education, and welfare benefits.
• Run parenting workshops and group sessions for families.
• Maintain accurate and confidential case notes and progress reports.

Requirements

• Experience in family support, social work, or a related field.

• Proficient in IT systems for record-keeping.
• A full driving licence and access to a car are essential for this role.
