You will be the primary technical point of contact for clients, ensuring their systems operate effectively and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission telecommunications hardware and software at customer premises.
• Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on network equipment and associated systems.
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide technical training and support to end-users on equipment operation.
• Maintain accurate records of all service calls, installations, and repairs performed.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during site visits.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunications systems, including fibre optics, copper cabling, and wireless technologies.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and test equipment.
• Excellent mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• A valid UK driving license and the ability to travel extensively within the designated service area.
• Good communication and customer service skills are vital for client interactions.
