About the Role

Our client requires a dedicated Field Support Engineer - Technical Installation to serve clients in and around Reading . This role is central to ensuring the successful deployment and ongoing functionality of our advanced technical systems across Berkshire . You will be responsible for on-site installations, critical maintenance, and troubleshooting, acting as the primary technical point of contact for our customers. Key Responsibilities

• Execute precise installations of complex technical equipment and systems at client locations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a field service, technical support, or installation engineering role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and/or software components relevant to technical systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and service guides.
• A valid UK driving license and ability to travel within the designated service area.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client relations.
