About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead their strategic financial operations in a fully remote capacity. This key role involves overseeing the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, providing critical financial insights to support business strategy and decision-making. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership and department heads across the organization to ensure financial objectives are met and performance is optimized. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes for the entire organization.
• Develop and analyze financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Prepare monthly financial performance reports, highlighting key trends, variances, and insights.
• Partner with business unit leaders to drive financial discipline and performance improvement.
• Manage and mentor a team of FP&A analysts.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements within the FP&A function.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Proven experience in leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan, Tableau).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage a remote team.
