Financial Planning & Analysis Manager - Remote

About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead their FP&A function in a fully remote capacity. You will be responsible for developing financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term strategic plans that guide the company's growth and profitability. This role involves close collaboration with executive leadership and department heads to provide critical financial insights and support informed business decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic planning, scenario analysis, and performance measurement.
• Prepare insightful financial reports and presentations for the executive team, board of directors, and other stakeholders.
• Analyze financial results, identify key performance drivers, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Partner with business leaders across departments to understand financial needs and provide support for operational planning.
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and reporting capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field. MBA or relevant professional certification (CFA, CPA) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and budgeting, preferably within a dynamic corporate environment.
• Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and data analysis tools (e.g., advanced Excel, SQL, BI software like Tableau or Power BI).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, lead cross-functional initiatives, and excel in a fully remote, self-directed work environment.
