About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and alert Flight Dispatcher to join their operations team based near Norwich . In this critical role, you will be responsible for flight planning, monitoring, and providing operational support to ensure the safe and efficient conduct of flights. You will work closely with pilots, maintenance, and cabin crew, analyzing weather data, flight plans, and operational conditions. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue flight plans, including route, altitude, and fuel requirements, considering all operational factors.
• Monitor flight progress, weather conditions, and air traffic control information throughout the flight.
• Provide timely operational support and updates to flight crews, including critical weather advisories and navigational changes.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure aircraft are airworthy and equipped for planned flights.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive flight logs and operational records for regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in flight operations, dispatch, or a closely related aviation role is preferred.
