Key Responsibilities

• Perform extensive testing on game builds, covering functionality, performance, and user experience across multiple platforms.
• Create detailed bug reports, including clear reproduction steps, expected vs. actual results, and severity assessments.
• Collaborate with development and design teams to provide constructive feedback on gameplay, balancing, and immersion.
• Conduct regression testing to confirm bug fixes and ensure overall game stability and integrity.
• Contribute to the refinement of test plans and the development of new QA strategies to enhance efficiency.
• Engage in daily stand-ups and provide regular status updates to the remote QA team.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Games Tester or in a similar QA role.
• In-depth knowledge of various game engines and testing tools.
• Strong understanding of the full game development lifecycle and different testing methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical skills and a methodical approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective remote teamwork.
• Must be highly self-disciplined, possess strong time management skills, and maintain productivity while working remotely in the UK .
