Lead, coach, and develop the management team. Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance. Manage key business KPIs, labour costs, and productivity. Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards. Ensure Health & Safety and company compliance. Analyse performance and implement commercial action plans. Manage recruitment, training, and colleague development. Build a positive culture focused on people, customers, and business growth.About you:

You'll currently be working as a General Manager, Restaurant Manager, Senior Assistant Manager, or Area Manager within:
