Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver dynamic and informative Geography lessons for Key Stage 3 and GCSE students.
• Develop students' understanding of geographical concepts, processes, and skills, including map reading and data analysis.
• Create engaging learning materials and activities, including fieldwork opportunities where appropriate.
• Assess student progress through coursework, tests, and examinations, providing constructive feedback.
• Promote geographical literacy and encourage students' curiosity about global issues and environments.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in Geography or a closely related subject.
• Experience teaching Geography at the secondary level.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young learners.
