About the Role
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Graduate IT Support Technician to join their expanding IT department in Wolverhampton . This is an ideal role for a recent graduate with a passion for technology and a desire to provide excellent technical support. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring smooth IT operations for the company. Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related incidents and service requests.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts and permissions within Active Directory.
- Document technical solutions and create user guides.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common software applications.
- Understanding of computer hardware, networking principles, and IT support best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
