Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to users via remote channels (phone, email, chat).
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and relevant software.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Assist with IT asset management and user account administration.

Requirements

• A degree or HND in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
