Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to attract and engage graduate talent from universities and higher education institutions.
• Source, screen, and interview graduate candidates, assessing their potential and suitability for entry-level roles.
• Manage relationships with clients looking to recruit graduates and early-career professionals.
• Organize and participate in graduate recruitment fairs and career events.
• Provide guidance and support to graduates throughout the application and interview process.
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate feedback between candidates and clients.

Requirements

• A recent graduate or someone with experience in recruitment, sales, or university careers services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
