This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate SEN TA to gain practical school-based experience while supporting pupils with additional needs and helping them build confidence, independence and positive learning habits.
The Role
As a Graduate SEN TA, you will:
Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN. Assist with classroom lessons, interventions and learning activities. Encourage pupils to develop confidence and independence. Promote positive behaviour and engagement. Build strong, positive relationships with pupils and staff. Work alongside teachers and SEN professionals to support individual needs.About You
The ideal Graduate SEN TA will have:
A degree in Psychology, Education, Sociology or a related subject. A genuine passion for working with children and young people. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
