Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the gym floor, ensuring equipment is well-maintained and accessible.
• Oversee front-desk operations, managing memberships, bookings, and member inquiries.
• Ensure the gym environment is clean, safe, and adheres to all health and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting members with gym equipment and facility usage.
• Lead and motivate the gym reception and support staff, fostering a positive team atmosphere.
• Assist with the implementation of promotional activities and member retention strategies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a gym or fitness environment.
• Strong understanding of gym operations, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a small team.
• Basic knowledge of membership systems and point-of-sale software.
