Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of corporate catering operations, ensuring flawless execution of events.

• Manage kitchen staff, providing leadership, training, and performance feedback.
• Control food costs , manage inventory, and optimize supplier relationships for maximum value.
• Ensure adherence to all food safety , hygiene, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop proposals and secure new corporate business.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a senior catering management role, with a focus on corporate events .
• Demonstrated success in menu development, culinary execution, and operational management.
• Strong understanding of financial management, including P&L responsibility and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in food safety management systems (e.g., HACCP).
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, balancing remote planning with on-site event management in and around Bristol .
