About the Role
Our client is seeking a visionary and experienced Head Caterer to lead their innovative catering division based in Bristol , with a focus on remote client management and operational oversight. You will be responsible for the strategic direction of the catering services, including menu innovation, supplier management, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and service delivery across all projects. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the catering business, focusing on growth and service excellence.
- Create inspiring and adaptable menus, keeping abreast of current culinary trends and dietary needs.
- Manage key supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure the procurement of high-quality ingredients.
- Oversee catering operations remotely, ensuring efficient logistics and seamless event execution.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the catering team, fostering a culture of high performance.

Requirements
