Head Chef – In a truly stunning Nursing Home Wincanton BA9 9FQ 40-hour week £18.57 per hour, Equiv to approximately £38,760 per annum PLUS £1,000 Welcome Bonus PLUS Up to £500 Quarterly Performance Bonus Overview

Job description
- Working in a newly opened Elderly Nursing Care Home, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality catering service, planning menus for elderly residents, which are varied and interesting to meet individual tastes and dietary requirements.
- You will manage our dedicated catering team, ensuring the highest standards of nutrition, hygiene and safety.
Person Specification
- Experienced in UK kitchens with good planning, budget and stock control abilities (at least 5 years).
- Care home experience is not essential, applications are welcome from Head Chefs, Catering Managers, Kitchen Managers etc.
- Chefs from restaurants, hotels, contract catering, education, healthcare and other volume catering environments
