About the Role

Our client, a respected football club in Belfast , is looking for an inspiring and experienced Head Coach to lead their youth academy program. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and deliver high-quality training sessions for academy players, focusing on technical and tactical development.
• Create and implement a comprehensive coaching curriculum aligned with the club's philosophy.

• Manage and mentor assistant coaches, providing professional development opportunities.

Requirements
