About the Role

Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Head Coach to lead their Youth Football Academy in Manchester . You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive training program designed to nurture young talent, foster sportsmanship, and achieve competitive success. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee the club's youth football coaching philosophy and curriculum.
• Lead and mentor coaching staff, ensuring high standards of delivery and player engagement.
• Plan and conduct high-quality training sessions focused on technical skill, tactical understanding, and physical development.
• Scout and recruit talented young players to join the academy.
• Manage player performance, providing constructive feedback and individual development plans.
• Ensure a safe, positive, and inclusive training environment for all participants.

Requirements

• Recognised football coaching qualifications (e.g., UEFA A/B Licence or equivalent).
• Significant experience in coaching youth football, with a proven track record of player development.
• Strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding policies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a wider team.
