Head of Digital Growth & Transformation

M&G is seeking a Head of Digital Growth to lead the multi-year digital modernisation across adviser and customer experiences. The role shapes the growth thesis, orchestrates cross-functional squads, and balances business case discipline with regulatory and consumer duties in a regulated environment.

Based in the UK (Stirling/Edinburgh/London/Reading) with hybrid working, the role reports to the Director of AX, CX & Digital Proposition and oversees a team of up to six transformation projects.
