Head of Hub Operations

Location: Leicestershire

Salary: £65,000

Summary: We are working on behalf of a leading Logistics business in Leicestershire who are looking for a Head of Hub Operations. This role is based THROUGH THE NIGHT, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate must have led a logistics/freight operation with success previously.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, while setting high expectations and performance objectives Ensure Daily planning service and cost requirements are met Ensure Depot service results are achieved daily in line with agreed targets Ensure Legality and Compliance within the hub operations Effective management of teams and agreed targets and KPI's Key Skills/Experience:

Integrity, professionalism and honesty. Ability to work under pressure Ability to work well independently and part of a team Build and maintain strong working relationships Have led hub operations previouslyProcessing Your Data
