About the Role

Our client is searching for a knowledgeable and personable Hotel Concierge to be the welcoming face and trusted advisor for guests at their distinguished hotel in Oxford . In this role, you will provide exceptional service by assisting guests with a wide range of requests, from making restaurant reservations and booking tours to providing local recommendations and arranging transportation. Your expertise and friendly demeanor will be instrumental in creating a memorable and enjoyable experience for every visitor. Key Responsibilities

• Assist guests with inquiries and requests, providing accurate information about local attractions, dining, and entertainment.
• Make reservations for restaurants, theatre tickets, tours, and transportation as requested by guests.
• Manage guest luggage and direct guests to their rooms or facilities.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers to fulfill guest requests efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Concierge or in a similar guest-facing role within the hospitality industry.
• Extensive knowledge of the local area, including attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• A polished appearance and a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Proficiency in using reservation systems and basic computer applications.
