About the Role
Our client is seeking a diligent and organised HR Administrator to join their team in Norwich . This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of the HR department, providing crucial administrative support across a range of HR functions. Operating on a hybrid working model, this position offers a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting HR processes, and ensuring a high level of service to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update employee records within the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Administer the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports, statistics, and presentation materials.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including managing correspondence and filing.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably with some exposure to HR.
- Excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail are paramount.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with HRIS is beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, suitable for a hybrid working environment.
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines while working both in the office and remotely.
- A proactive approach and a desire to build a career in Human Resources.
