Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive employee engagement strategies and programs.
- Develop and manage employee feedback mechanisms, such as pulse surveys and engagement surveys, and analyze results.
- Collaborate with leadership and internal communications teams to promote company culture and values.
- Identify key drivers of engagement and dissatisfaction, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Plan and execute employee recognition programs and events.
- Provide HR support and guidance on matters related to employee relations and performance management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an HR Manager role with a significant focus on employee engagement and culture development.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employee relations, and UK employment law.
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting related to employee engagement metrics.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating with teams both remotely and in the office.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field; CIPD qualification is a plus.
