HR Manager

About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and results-oriented HR Manager to lead their human resources function in Coventry . This hands-on role requires a strategic thinker with strong operational capabilities to oversee all HR activities, including talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's growth and operational goals, ensuring a high-performing and engaged workforce. This position is based fully at our Coventry site, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact within the West Midlands business community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall HR strategy in alignment with company objectives.
• Lead and manage the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with all UK employment laws and regulations, updating policies as needed.
• Manage complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution.
• Design and implement effective compensation and benefits programs.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a senior HR management role, demonstrating strategic and operational expertise.
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment law, HR policies, and best practices.
• Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams and manage change effectively.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to partner with senior leadership.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• CIPD Level 7 qualification is highly desirable.
