About the Role

This role involves managing the full lifecycle of civil engineering projects, from initial concept and design through to construction and handover, utilizing a hybrid working model that balances office collaboration with remote flexibility. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, design, and execution of various civil engineering projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Oversee the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, reports, and contract documents.
• Coordinate with internal design teams, external consultants, and construction contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site inspections and progress monitoring to ensure works are carried out in accordance with design and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns or issues.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant health, safety, environmental, and planning regulations.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering design and project management.
• Proficiency in common civil engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
• Strong understanding of project management principles and construction methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setting.
