Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of large-scale industrial engineering projects to optimize operations.
• Apply advanced Lean Six Sigma methodologies and statistical analysis to identify and solve complex operational problems.
• Mentor and guide junior industrial engineers, fostering their technical growth and project management skills.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a virtual environment to ensure project success.
• Develop and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Research and recommend new technologies and methodologies to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), and statistical process control (SPC).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in simulation software, data analysis tools, and project management software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
