About the Role

You will analyze current logistics networks, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-driven solutions to reduce costs, improve delivery times, and increase overall supply chain performance. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize logistics networks , warehouse operations, and transportation routes.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory management, reduce stockouts, and minimize carrying costs.
• Design efficient warehouse layouts and material handling systems.
• Utilize simulation and modeling tools to test and validate proposed changes to the supply chain.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in industrial engineering with a specific focus on logistics and supply chain optimization.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management techniques, and transportation best practices.
• Proficiency in relevant software, including ERP systems, WMS, and simulation tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
