About the Role

Our client is seeking a forward-thinking Industrial Engineer to join their operations team in the historic city of Oxford . Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analyses of manufacturing and operational workflows to pinpoint areas for optimisation.

• Lead and manage process improvement projects from initiation to successful completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Operations Research, or a similar field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial engineering role, focused on operations and efficiency improvements.
• Strong understanding and practical application of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma concepts.
• Proficiency with simulation software, statistical analysis tools, and project management methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic approach to operational challenges.
