Key Responsibilities

• Analyze production lines and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize throughput, reduce cycle times, and minimize waste.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles, such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Collect and analyze production data to monitor performance and identify trends.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement process changes and ensure successful adoption.
• Design and recommend equipment or tooling improvements to enhance productivity.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for optimized processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a strong focus on production optimization.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques.
• Experience with data analysis and performance metrics tracking.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with shop floor personnel and management.
