Industrial Engineering Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a results-oriented Industrial Engineering Manager to lead their operational excellence initiatives on a fully remote basis. This senior role is responsible for directing the company's industrial engineering strategy, focusing on optimizing all aspects of production and logistics to drive significant improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality. You will manage a team of industrial engineers, oversee major process improvement projects, and champion a culture of continuous enhancement across the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's industrial engineering strategy to achieve key business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of industrial engineers.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of production, warehousing, and logistics processes.
• Drive the adoption of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies across the organization.
• Conduct strategic analysis of operational data to identify key performance drivers and areas for strategic investment.
• Collaborate with senior leadership across departments to align operational strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering , Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering and operations management, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale process improvement initiatives and managing engineering teams remotely.
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma (Black Belt certification preferred), and advanced operations management techniques.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in simulation software, statistical analysis tools, and project management methodologies.
