Key Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing techniques to streamline operations.
• Design and test new process methodologies to improve output and reduce cycle times.
• Monitor process performance and implement adjustments to maintain optimal efficiency and quality.
• Create detailed process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve operational challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering or process engineering within manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, VSM).
• Experience with statistical analysis and process control.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
