Industrial Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze production workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop data-driven solutions for process optimization.
• Implement lean manufacturing techniques, such as value stream mapping and 5S, to streamline operations.
• Design and improve manufacturing layouts, material handling systems, and workstation ergonomics.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production processes.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new equipment or technology integration to improve efficiency and safety.
• Monitor production performance against established metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in industrial or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing tools and methodologies.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and process control (SPC).
• Experience with CAD software for layout design and process flow diagrams.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly.
