Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive information security strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the information security team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Oversee risk management processes, including threat modeling, risk assessments, and the development of mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, such as GDPR and ISO 27001.
• Manage security incident response activities, including investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to integrate security considerations into all aspects of the organization's operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in information security management , including team leadership and strategic planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications like CISSP or CISM are strongly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices, including network security, data protection, and application security.
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies and frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
